This thing is awesome! I’m a huge music dork and primarily use this for the “now playing” music option. I started this journey by contacting the company asking questions and received immediate answers. It was ordered and received within a week! After receiving it, I contacted the company again and had a couple simple questions. Again, immediately responses were received. Some of my questions and suggestions led to them creating an update that added the album art in the background scrolling up and down, and the background brightness being adjustable! Incredible! I made suggestions on a Friday and was in contact with them by email throughout the weekend and they notified that an update was available that same Sunday evening! What company does that?!? The video I uploaded really doesn’t do it justice! This is an awesome purchase I would highly recommend and give the unit and the company 5 stars! 100%!
I ordered the 4 ft ticker as a Christmas gift for my sisters basement bar. They are huge Philly sports fans and they were thrilled with this addition. We had a few questions during setup which was easily resolved and turned out to be user error but the customer service was top notch. Best I’ve ever experienced actually. I highly recommend this product and company!
